Maybe there’s a desire for a healthier diet but you’ve already tried it all, nothing seems to work; I want to work on that but it’s BBQ season, perhaps I’ll start next week…
When we start looking at food as fuel and not comfort, it changes things. Kim Calhoun had a history of malnutrition and obesity that led her to Jesus feet where her weakness was met with His strength. Through the powerful work of the Holy Spirit bringing self-control, knowledge, and transformation, Kim dropped 130 pounds and became an inspiration. She knows that permanent weight loss can be achieved and longs to bring this encouragement and see change and restoration in struggling lives.
