#107 Nurturing Visionary Dreamers

Author, writer, and speaker, Dea Irby has a lot of experience mentoring eight children and eighteen grandchildren, plus other women to become visionary dreamers. Ephesians 2:10 says, "We are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do." Dea helps us to understand how to help others discover what God has placed inside of them to drive them toward living out their full potential. She discusses the five elements to nurture those you mentor. When others are supported to dream dreams, and mentored in how to carry them out, God can use them in amazing ways. Remember, nothing is impossible for God!
