Terri Prahl shares with us her deepest tragedy of losing her baby from the womb. Through her painful journey of healing, her compassion and knowledge about grief grew. God used His Word to bring deal healing to her heart. Now she uses her gift of writing through her books and blogs to help many who are hurting from their own losses. She provides wise counsel that can bring the brokenhearted to a place of peace, comfort, and eventually joy.
Terri shares that when we seek God, we will find joy. She encourages us to be honest with God and then little by little, we will be able to look to the Word to find deep healing. God gives us perspective, truth, and comfort through the Bible, especially the Psalms. Terri admits that as a leader, we can feel extra challenged to be a good example to others, but it is okay to share our brokenness. We can share how we are seeking God in the midst of the pain. Though Terri says to be honest with others, but she also warns us to be discerning in what we share.
