Our guest Cari Vann struggled with chronic pain for years. She gained degrees in physiology and was doing a lot of exercise. But after a serious car wreck, she was forced to slow down and learn ways to exercise that were more balanced. She stopped pushing through the pain and learned to listen to her body. After that, she developed the Complete Well Body Method for women forty-plus. She now empowers Christian women entrepreneurs to achieve balance and boost productivity in their lives.
